Lawain ‘Mac’ McNeil - is the founder and President of The Advisor Lab.  He is also the founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Efficient Advisors-an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Philadelphia.  The Advisor Lab is a technology and training firm that designs, develops and delivers tools to help advisors communicate more effectively with their clients and prospects.  The Advisor Lab’s 401(k) Toolkit is used by some of the top firms in the financial industry helping them define, benchmark, acquire and retain retirement plan assets.  Mac is a former VP of Sales & Marketing of a registered investment advisory firm that specialized in investment management and training.  A sought after industry speaker, Mac brings a wealth of experience and insight regarding practice management strategies for advisors.

John Resnick - is the Director of Advisor Development at The Advisor Lab.  John’s tenure in the investment industry spans back to 1994 when he obtained the NASD Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses. He also obtained the Certified Fund Specialist [CFS] and Accredited Asset Management Specialist [AAMS] designations.  He spent the years prior to joining The Advisor Lab both first on the front lines as Marketing/Client Development Director for a $200 million wealth planning firm and, most recently, as head of sales for a $3 billion RIA firm, where he was directly responsible for helping Advisors transition over $450 million in assets during one of the worst bear markets in history. His passion for helping investors is evidenced by his unofficial membership in the “road warrior” club, traveling the country to help Advisors share their message with clients.
